![]() The website said my account had been closed and to contact customer service, as I did. Today I checked to see the status of my items. I would honestly like to return the pendant but with the shipping and customs fees it’s just not worth it, but I hope my review helps someone else avoid this experience. Finally, the diamond accents look like two little grains of salt, but I honestly wasn’t expecting much of them. The stones in the pictures and videos on the website were a deep purple color, but in the pendant I got they are a very light purple, they have very little sparkle, almost look like purple colored glass and worse of all, they have several scratches on the surface. It’s an amethyst and yellow gold pendant with “diamond” accents and a chain… First of all, the chain is offensive, it’s thinner than a hair, gets tangled just by looking at it and I’m afraid to wear it because it will no doubt break. I really wanted to like it because it had been a gift, but the truth is it look really cheap. When I finally got the pendant, I had practically had to beg to buy. After that it still took two more days for my order to ship out, by now our anniversary had already passed. Fortunately this payment did go through, but it was very inconvenient for me to have to wait for the bank to give me back the money for the first payment and I can’t imagine what I would have done if they had charged me even more times. Then one day I woke up to see I had been charged a second time for the item, so I contact the chat and they told me that if the payment doesn’t go through they try to charge you again every day for 7 days, and to contact my bank because apparently they were the problem. So, then I tried to place the order, convinced that the addresses where the problem and everything would go smoothly this time, but the same thing happened, I got charged immediately and then heard nothing from them, and once again the representatives in the chat weren’t very helpful, I also tried asking for help via Facebook chat and they just told me to call them, which I couldn't do since my phone plan doesn’t include international calls and I had no interest in upgrading just to make this one call. ![]() After that we decided to just cancel the order and wait to get a refund from the bank. ![]()
